At Pell’s Kitchen, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please be sure to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please reach out directly within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
