Shipping policy

All Pell’s Kitchen products are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand partner.
Each item is made to order, which means production begins after your purchase is completed.

Fulfillment Time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping. During peak periods or holidays, fulfillment times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier used by Printful:

• U.S. orders: Usually arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment

• International orders: May take 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local postal services

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, product type, and quantity.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Printful and its carriers are responsible for delivery. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact anthony@pellskitchen.com and we’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pell’s Kitchen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
